Meetings Notes - February 2, 2009
Hello Everyone,
Our meeting went well. We started the meeting at 8pm. Roy suggested that we have a weekender up in Tahoe at the end of June. This would be Junes 27Th &28th. I am thinking that perhaps we could make a mini RAT raid. When I have the details I will circulate it to other shops. Perhaps I might be able to find a place for us to lodge as well. I will work with Roy on this. Roy also wants to have the Ice Ride back to Yosemite in the winter months.
You might have just received my email on the Clubman show. We talked about that as well. Vicotr and Roy will man our booth and Graham said he would be a judge for the Hinckleys. I would like to add another person if someone wants to step forward. Jim will have our RAT things there to sell and hopefully help with our RAT fund. I will have food at our booth and drinks. I would be nice if someone would help pitch in for that. We would like to have a video as well. ( I am giong to take the one from work) but I would like to have one of us! Hint hint...
I put in a call to Truimph to see about getting the Demo Truck for a Triumph day at Alice's. I will report my findings when I hear back from them.
Our ride will be rained out this weekend but I will keep an eye on the next sunday.
I would like to thank all of you that attended the meeting. It was nice to see you there.
